The family comes from a long line of independent winegrowers dating back to the 15th century in the village of Saint-Louans. Pierre & Bertrand Couly has chosen to turn to sustainable viticulture, agroecology, biodiversity, agroforestry and eco-grazing are our daily life. Domaine Pierre & Bertrand Couly strives to present to you the variety of the appellation's terroirs through the different vintages it produces each year. All year round, Domaine Pierre & Bertrand Couly offers a unique opportunity to discover the wines of the Chinon appellation and the winemaking profession.  For over 180 years, Clos des Quarterons has welcomed the Amirault family onto its land. 180 years of stories, reflections, doubts, but also joys. Nearly two centuries during which six generations have walked the vineyards and guided the wines with respect for the work of their predecessors and a commitment to quality.

The story Excavated from the 10th century under the fortress of Chinon, these cellars are a unique place where the spirit of Rabelais still resonates. The mill tower (located at the far west of Fort du Coudray) overlooks the entrance. In the middle are two remarkable wells directly connecting these cellars to the fortress. The first is a stone extraction well and the second is a water well with a total depth of 96 meters! Breeding It is in this magical universe that the wines slowly improve in peace thanks to perfect humidity and a constant temperature of 12°. The great vintages of Château de la Bonnelière are aged there in demi-muids for 12 to 36 months.

 Tout a commencé avec Eugène Delarue qui a planté ses premières vignes en 1920. Le Domaine de La Perrée s'est ensuite transmis de génération en génération.  Aujourd'hui, c'est son arrière-petite-fille, Azéline Delarue qui est à la tête du domaine. Elle est accompagnée de son père, Patrice Delarue et de son conjoint, Antoine pour travailler ses 14 hectares de vignes en conversion bio. Et c'est avec sa sœur Léa, qu'elle développe des activités oenotouristiques pour vous partager sa passion du vin.
